AMS-02 is now generally available

Our second Amsterdam facility is live. Existing servers can migrate with zero downtime from the dashboard. Routing to DE/FR is roughly 30% faster than AMS-01.

Common questions

How does billing work?

Everything is billed by the hour and capped at the monthly price, so you never pay more than the listed rate. Destroy a server with nc server rm and billing stops immediately. Yearly plans get two months free.

Where is my data stored?

In our Amsterdam datacenters only. Data never leaves the EU. We're GDPR-compliant and will sign a DPA on request — it's a one-click download in the dashboard for most plans.

Do you charge for bandwidth?

Each plan includes a generous transfer quota. Traffic between your own servers over private networking is free and unmetered. Object storage has no egress fees within the EU.

Can I migrate from another provider?

Yes. We support snapshot imports and our team will help you move workloads from Hetzner, DigitalOcean or AWS. For databases, logical and physical restore are both supported.

What support do I get?

Email and chat on all plans, with a median first response under 9 minutes. You talk to engineers, not a tier-1 script. Pro plans get a dedicated contact and a private Slack channel.
